Valerie Payne is a retired mother of two adult children. She spent the last 42 years raising a family and teaching elementary school. People are her passion and treating all people with love and understanding is her calling.
Valerie has a Masters Degree in Behavioral disorders and Special Education. It is especially interesting to her to observe and understand habitude. A Life lesson learned early in her teaching career is a motto she lives with “You Are Important”.
